Have you seen this error when running a batch job in PortfolioCenter? It sometimes happens when batch printing Presentation Studio reports. Here’s how to solve it.
- Restart your computer and then run the job again. This often solves the problem.
- If that fails, try deleting the batch job and recreating it.
- If both of those fail to solve the issue, try resetting your thread count.
From the PortfolioCenter main menu, select Settings, Batch Jobs.
In the window that opens, set the “Max Threads Per Batch Job” number lower. The default is 8.
